This online event will be free-to-enter for all players and will feature $100 in cash prizes for the top team. Server: North America Server All players must be diamond 1 or below and not have ever been in masters Note the Top 3 (Upper Bracket Finals, Lower Bracket Finals, and Grand Finals) will be played on May 29th. Grand Finals will be Best of 3 games All games will be played through the League of Legends client. Players may submit their own scores. Screenshots of game results are not required but are recommended to help resolve issues when encountered. During draft phase in game all teams will use DRAFTLOL. ( https://draftlol.dawe.gg/) The side of the map will be determined by the location on the bracket. Top of bracket goes red side and bottom bracket goes blue side. To play in the tournament, make sure your team of 5... Sign up here on smash.gg and complete ALL steps. Make sure you have downloaded League of Legends and have the most up to date client running! Join the Discord servers: https://discord.gg/GUhyZxFH8Q. You must remain there at all times during the tournament, since the staff's announcements will be made preferentially at the #LOL-announcements channel. All judge calls will be through smash.gg's integrated chat. To be eligible to participate, a player must be at least 13 years old (or such other age, of greater, as may be required in such player’s country of residence). If your team has any players that are under 18 years old, you should follow the following: All players whose age is 13 to 17 must send a fully completed parental consent form signed by their parent or guardian to to Sinobii#0976 on discord at least 24 hours before the event starts, or the team will be dropped from the tournament. The required form is available for download during the registration process for this event. Alternatively, you can download the parental consent form after joining the GGtoor discord (above) from the GGtoor discord server's #resources channel. This is in compliance with GGtoor's Term of Service and as well as to avoid potential issues that may arise. Do not forget to use the check-in within 1 hour before the event starts. If you do not check-in properly, you will be dropped from the event! You MUST complete all five of the tasks above before the tournament starts. Please reach out to us on Twitter, Discord or by email for any issues. Only Diamond and Below players may participate in this tournament. (You must have never peaked past Diamond or you will be disqualified for this tourney.) Players participating in the tournament must have a minimum of 125 games played between this season and last. If you have not hit that number by the time the tournament begins you will be disqualified and must be replaced. Tournament will begin May 28th at 1pm est. Check in will begin 2 hours earlier. Registration will close May 28th 12:01 EST (13 hours before round 1 starts). After this Cut off time, you will not be eligible to enroll your team. If you have not completely filled your team (at least 5 players) by check in time, the system will automatically drop your team before pairing. If you are not checked in by 1pm est your team will be automatically removed from the bracket. Don't forget to check in on time, or you will not be able to play! We will not tolerate BM or any toxicity. You are here to play a game, compete, and have fun. If you are caught disrespecting, making fun of, or insulting another player you will be automatically removed from the tournament. Don't forget to also check in every round using the smash.gg match lobby interface. You can talk to your opponents and report scores through this interface. If you do not check in on smash.gg each round, the system will Automatically Disqualify you after 10 minutes. Once the first full team has joined the in-game lobby the first round the other team will have 10 minutes to get their team into the lobby as well. If after 10 minutes your team has not joined the lobby in game, then the other team must send a screenshot verification of the 10 minute time to admins. This will result in first round loss to the other team advancing both teams. This ensures the bracket continues to move forward. The timer begins for each round only once BOTH teams are bracketed and paired to the match. LCS order will be maintained when entering lobby! LCS order is as followed (Top, Jg, Mid, Adc, Supp). If at anytime you have a fill player who is changing positions due to matchup you must announce this to the other captain with a change. All teams will run the drafting phase through "https://draftlol.dawe.gg" This will ensure everyone is on the same page of where to go for drafting purposes. The side will be determined by placement on the bracket. If you are bottom you will be on the blue side, If you are on the top you will be the red side. During the game all teams will be allotted a ten minute pause timer for any emergencies I.E. disconnect, bathroom, or something happens and you have to take care of it quickly. Please pause the game and send a courtesy message to the other team via all chat with just a quick update. Once the player/players are back, both teams must put ready in all chat to ensure no one gets the advantage. The use of emotes and masteries will not be allowed in the tournament. This is to ensure no one feels like they are being disrespected or taunted in game. This is not negotiable as we want to promote a fun environment not one people will get upset with. All chat will only be used as a means to communicate updates to the other team and to say good luck or wish ggs. Any BM in all chat will result in a forfeit if reported to admins. If at any time a team comes up with a question or something is not clear in the rules please reach out to an admin (whenever possible, use the "Call moderator" function in the smash.gg chat. If it is not possible to use this function, then discord can be used.) We will be on standby throughout the whole tournament ready to answer questions or help where we are needed. Post game matches will be posted in the proper tournament result channel on discord. You must take a screenshot of the post match screen and post it stating the two teams that have played and who was the winner. If at anytime you feel you have been treated rudely or disrespected please let an admin know ASAP. We do not promote that type of behavior and have a zero tolerance policy for it here at Atlas Esports. Once the tournament has concluded we will be reaching out to you with questions based on our performance and what needs improvements. Cheating of any kind will result in disqualification without prizes from the event, and being banned from all future events. If you are in a match where you believe your opponent cheated, please send any evidence you may have to the tournament staff. In addition to Hacking, "CHEATING" ALSO INCLUDES USING ANY BUG OR UNINTENDED EXPLOIT THAT EXISTS IN THE GAME, intentionally or unintentionally - UNLESS Staff has made an announcement to everyone about an exception to this rule. If this somehow happens to you unintentionally, you should immediately alert your opponent and tournament staff - if you don't, you will be deemed to have been Cheating, and you will be disqualified without prizing and banned from all future events. OPTIONAL: We realize not every player can do this, so this is not mandatory: If you have the capability, live streaming and/or recording video of all of your matches is a good idea, to help eliminate any possibility of any dispute arising as to the results of the match. Sportsmanlike conduct is expected. You are NOT allowed to be disruptive or harass your opponent on SmashGG, Discord, Twitch chat, etc (or any other actions that could be considered unsportsmanlike conduct except for actions intended to be allowed within the game itself as part of normal game-play.) If you do, then your actions may result in a game loss, match loss, or disqualification from the event without prizes, solely at the discretion of the Tournament Staff. Select matches for this event may be streamed on Twitch. Competitors playing in the event may live stream the event from their own POV as well (and are strongly encouraged to do so! Please add #GGtoor to your tournament stream title.) By registering for this event, you agree that we may live re-broadcast your live stream from our designated Twitch channels and cast any game-play during the course of the event, as well as create VODs of this content. Any content we make may be made available on our official Youtube channels and other platforms, so others may marvel at your awesome plays (or epic fails!)
