You must join the GGtoor discord: https://discord.gg/GUhyZxFH8Q
You must fill in all required additional information fields during registration (Age, Discord, E-mail) with accurate information or you will be dropped from the event!
If you're under 18, you'll need to submit a parental consent form. You can find that on the discord in the #resources channel. and the link is https://discord.com/channels/708790719015551017/761211030927441940/761211331696132116. (You must first join the server to have access to the form, see above!) Please email this form to: Sinobii@ShadowGamingTV.com at least 24 hours before the event starts. If you sent a form before and the version has since changed, we will need a new one. (If you send it after this time, we will try our best to still process your registration, IF time permits... The sooner you get it in, the less likely you'll be dropped)

If you fail to follow any of the above requirements, you will be dropped from the tournament.

General Information
- All players are required to be in the GGtoor tournament Discord Server, where we will post updates about pairings, scheduling, and other information that will be important to the players of the tournament.
- All questions can be directed towards our tournament staff, and handled on Discord - While disputes during the event will be handled on the tournament limitless page.
- Players who make it to the Quarterfinals (Top 8) be expected to screen share their PTCGO game on discord, so they can be featured on our Twitch.tv livestream with Sininchi18 and Nico Alabas.

Day #1 Swiss Rounds
• You must follow all the steps in "How to Register" , then submit a valid deck list and check-in in on time! Failure to do any of these steps will result in being dropped from the event.
• Registration ends at 11am EST on Saturday, July 17th - one hour before the event begins.
• Check in for day #1 will open 2 hours before we begin - at 10am EST on Saturday, July 17th.
• IMPORTANT: Players are required to check in before playing each swiss round match - players will have 5 minutes to check in once the match timer has begun, and failure to check in will result in a loss. (Check in can be found by viewing your match under the pairings tab). THIS INCLUDES CHECKING IN AGAIN ONCE THE FIRST ROUND OF THE EVENT BEGINS.
• A player who fails to check in two rounds in a row may be disqualified and removed from the event by staff.
• Players are expected to record their own match results - and are strongly encouraged to take screenshots of their game for proof of victory in the case that any issues may arise.
• Players wishing to drop from the tournament at any time during the swiss rounds on day 1 should drop themselves using their dashboard menu on the tournament page (top right of screen).
• All issues and disputes should be handled on the limitless website - not the discord server (this can be done by clicking "request a judge" within your match page in the pairings tab).
• All players who accumulate 19 points through the first day of swiss rounds will move onto to day 2. (Or top 32 in standings, whichever is greater)

Day #2 Top Cut Swiss Rounds
• Day two will begin at 10 am EST on Sunday, July 18th - Pairings will be posted at 9:50 EST.
• Players should be ready to play at 10 am EST. And once the day two matches begin, players will have 10 minutes to check in before starting their day 2 matches.
• Structure for day 2 Knockout stage will be Swiss Rounds, with 50 minute match timers & a 10 minute check in timer.
• Players are required to keep up with posting and updates in the Discord Server to be updated appropriately as we begin our second day of the tournament.
• After the additional swiss rounds are completed, we will go to the Top 8 Bracket after a short intermission (20-40 minutes) (this is when we will work with the top 8 players to coordinate our livestreamed matches.)

Top 8 Playoffs - Single Elimination Bracket
• Once the Top 8 bracket has been seeded, Tournament staff will inform each player about the time of their match and when to be ready to play.
• Each individual match will have its own time slot - giving all players the opportunity to be showcased live on our Twitch.tv livestream with Sininchi18 and LittleDarkFury (Playing these matches sequentially instead of concurrently could mean the top cut might run around 4 hours, but could run much shorter, or longer, depending how the matches actually unfold, and if any top 8 matches are unable to be streamed.)
• Top 8 bracket will be single elimination - Bo3 matches.
- Players must stand by and timely report for their match when called, or they may be issued game loss(es) for tardiness/delay of tournament.

• Bullying, Harassments, or failure to comply with tournament staff or fellow competitors will not tolerated by any means.
• Players are required to communicate with their paired opponents, and place themselves into a match in a timely fashion..
• Players are required to use the same deck list throughout the tournament - If a player make changes to their submitted deck list, they will automatically lose the match.
• If a player fails to check in when mathematically eliminated from advancing (or twice in a row) they may be dropped from the event by Staff without notice.
• The PTCGO Client can be unpredictable at times - Any disconnections during match, or exploits of bugs/glitches will result in an automatic game loss. (If this occurs in the Top 8 while being spectated by the Staff, Staff may adjudicate the result, or in certain circumstances may choose to allow the game to not be counted and restart the game, at the staff's sole discretion.)
• Cheating of any kind will result in disqualification without prizes from the event, and being banned from all future events. If you are in a match where you believe your opponent cheated, please send any evidence you may have to the tournament staff. In addition to Hacking, "CHEATING" ALSO INCLUDES USING ANY BUG OR UNINTENDED EXPLOIT THAT EXISTS IN THE GAME, intentionally or unintentionally. If this somehow happens to you unintentionally, you should immediately alert your opponent and tournament staff - if you don't, you will be deemed to have been Cheating, and you will be disqualified without prizing and banned from all future events.
• Sportsmanlike conduct is expected. You are NOT allowed to be disruptive or grief your opponent in Real Life, such as in any Discord or Twitch chat (or any other actions that could be considered unsportsmanlike conduct except for actions intended to be allowed within the game itself as part of normal game-play.) If you do, your actions may result in a game loss, match loss, or disqualification from the event without prizes, solely at the discretion of the Tournament Staff.
• If you have the capability, live streaming and/or recording video of all of your matches is a good idea, to help eliminate any possibility of any dispute arising as to performance in a given match. IF YOU STREAM PUBLICLY, ADD A TIME DELAY! If someone you are playing is watching your stream, they will not be penalized - you have to power to avoid being stream sniped by not showing your hand in real-time during a cash prize event by adding the time delay. We ask you add #GGtoor to the stream title.
• Select matches for this event may be streamed on a designated/one of our Official Twitch channels. Competitors playing in the event may live stream the event from their own POV as well (and are strongly encouraged to do so!) By registering for this event, you agree that we may live re-broadcast your live stream from our designated Twitch channels and Shout-cast any game-play during the course of the event, as well as create VODs of this Content, which we may choose to make available on our official Youtube channels and other platforms, so others may marvel at your awesome plays (or epic fails!)
• By registering for the event, it means you agree to the GGtoor Privacy Policy: https://ggtoor.com/privacy.php
• Funds for Cash prize winners will be sent via PayPal, and winners will be required to provide full Legal Name, and Physical Mailing Address (along with the email address associated with the PayPal account) for winnings to to be disbursed.
