Whenever you play in any of our events, promote, post on social media,
or blog about us you'll earn Credits based on how much you get involved.
First, we have a list of tasks that will determine how many credits
you’ll earn, which then will be added directly to your GGtoor credits
account on your profile. We will be tracking every one of the posts and
articles and tagging them any and automatically add to a player's credit
account The Credits program builds upon task related features and makes
them accessible to more players.

GGtoor Shop items are yours to keep and you can redeem your Credits for
merchandise in our GGtoor Shop. You will see that the credits you will
earn have a value of .01 of a USA dollar that means that $1.00 Equals
100 Credits. In this page, you will see a list of tasks with the number
of Credits you can earn we will be tracking the task by tagging them
once is done we will have a report in real-time of your earned credits.

If you don't find anything that you really want in the GGtoor Shop, you
can always use your Credits to grant an award to a user review, showing
others how valuable you think that review is. This award will be shown
publicly on the review and the writer will receive some Credits too.
You can also get Credits if someone from the community grants an award
to one of your uploaded content such as screenshots, videos, guides, or
Workshop items.
Your Credits can be used to pay for our premium monthly fee to be able
to enter all the Cash-based events and tournaments. You’ll have the
choice to use your credit or pay the fee in cash.
Credits never expired but they are not transferable and have no monetary
value. We also plan to expand the set of things you can use your
Credits on in the future.
If GGtoor allows you to purchase and/or earn through play a license to
use Credits and Virtual Goods (as defined below), the following
additional terms and conditions apply.
(A) GGtoor may enable users to (i) use Credits as a medium of exchange
exclusively within GGtoor (“Credits” or “GGC”); (ii) gain access to (and
certain limited rights to use) virtual goods within the Game (“Virtual
Goods” or “VG”); and (iii) barter or exchange GGC and VG with other
users of the Game. Regardless of the terminology used, GGC and VG
represent a limited license right governed by these Terms. Subject to
the terms of and compliance with these Terms, GGtoor hereby grants you
the nonexclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited, and
revocable right and license to use GGC and VG obtained by you for your
non-commercial gameplay exclusively within GGtoor. Except as otherwise
prohibited by applicable law, GGC and VG obtained by you are licensed to
you, and you hereby acknowledge that no title or ownership in or to GGC
and VG is being transferred or assigned hereunder. These Terms should
not be construed as a sale of any rights in GGC and VG.
GGC and VG do not have an equivalent value in real currency and do not
act as a substitute for real currency. You are prohibited from
converting GGC and VG into a unit of value outside of the Games, such as
actual currency or actual goods. You acknowledge and agree that GGtoor
may revise or take action that impacts the perceived value of or
purchase price for any GGC and/or VG at any time except as prohibited by
applicable law. GGC and VG do not incur fees for non-use; provided,
however, that the license granted hereunder to GGC and VG will terminate
under the terms and conditions of these Terms and the Games’
documentation when GGtoor ceases providing the Services, or these Terms
are otherwise terminated. GGtoor, in its sole discretion, reserves the
right to charge fees for the right to access or use GGC or VG and/or may
distribute GGC or VG with or without charge.
(B) You may have the ability to purchase GGC or to earn GGC from GGtoor
for the completion of certain activities or accomplishments in the
Games. For example, GGtoor may provide GGC or VG upon the completion of
an in-game activity, such as attaining a new level, completing a task,
winning tournaments, or creating user content. Once obtained, GGC and/or
VG will be credited to your user account (“User Account”). You may
purchase GGC and VG only within the Games, or through a platform,
participating third-party online store, application store, or other
store authorized by GGtoor (all referred to herein as “The Store”).
Purchase and use of in-game items or currency through a The Store are
subject to The Store’s governing documents, including but not limited to
these Terms. This online service has been sublicensed to you by The
Store. GGtoor may offer discounts or promotions on the purchase of GGC,
and such discounts and promotions may be modified or discontinued by
GGtoor at any time without notice to you. Upon completing an authorized
purchase of GGC from a The Store, the amount of purchased GGC will be
credited to your User Account. GGtoor shall establish a maximum amount
you may spend to purchase GGC per transaction and/or per day, which may
vary depending on the associated The. GGtoor, in its sole discretion,
may impose additional limits on the amount of GGC you may purchase or
use, how you may use GGC and the maximum balance of GGC that may be
credited to your User Account. You are solely responsible for all GGC
purchases made through your User Account regardless of whether or not
authorized by you.
(C) You can access and view your available GGC and VG in your User
Account when logged into your User Account. GGtoor reserves the right,
in its sole discretion, to make all calculations regarding the available
GGC and VG in your User Account. GGtoor further reserves the right, in
its sole discretion, to determine the amount of and manner in which GGC
is credited and debited from your User Account in connection with your
purchase of VG or for other purposes. While GGtoor strives to make all
such calculations on a consistent and reasonable basis, you hereby
acknowledge and agree that GGtoor’s determination of the available GGC
and VG in your User Account is final, unless you can provide
documentation to GGtoor that such calculation was or is intentionally
incorrect.
(D) All purchased in-Game Credits and/or Virtual Goods may be consumed
or lost by players in the course of gameplay according to the rules
applicable to currency and goods, which may vary depending on the
associated Game or event. GGC and VG may only be used within the Games
or event, and GGtoor, in its sole discretion, may limit the use of GGC
and/or VG to a single game. The authorized uses and purposes of GGC and
VG may change at any time. Your available GGC and/or VG as shown in your
User Account will be reduced each time you use GGC and/or VG within the
Games. The use of any GGC and/or VG constitutes a demand against and
withdrawal from your available GGC and/or VG in your User Account. You
must have sufficient available GGC and/or VG in your User Account to
complete a transaction within the Games. GGC and/or VG in your User
Account may be reduced without notice upon the occurrence of certain
events related to your use of the Games. You are responsible for all
uses of GGC and/or VG made through your User Account, regardless of
whether or not authorized by you. You must notify GGtoor immediately
upon discovering the unauthorized use of any GGC and/or VG made through
your User Account using the tab "Contact Us" located in the footer.
(E) GGC and VG may only be redeemed for in-game goods and services. You
may not sell, lease, license, or rent GGC or VG. GGC and VG may only be
redeemed for in-game goods or services and are not redeemable for any
sum of money or monetary value or other goods from GGtoor or any other
person or entity at any time, except as expressly provided herein or
otherwise required by applicable law. GGC and VG have no cash value, and
neither GGtoor nor any other person or entity has any obligation to
exchange your GGC or VG for anything of value, including, but not
limited to, real currency.
(F) All purchases of GGC and VG are final and under no circumstances
will such purchases be refundable, transferable, or exchangeable. Except
as prohibited by applicable law, GGtoor has the absolute right to
manage, regulate, control, modify, suspend, and/or eliminate such GGC
and/or VG as it sees fit in its sole discretion, and GGtoor shall have
no liability to you or anyone else for the exercise of such rights.
(G) Any transferring, trading, selling, or exchanging of any GGC or VG
to anyone, other than in gameplay using the Games as expressly
authorized by GGtoor (“Unauthorized Transactions”), including, but not
limited to, among other users of the Services, is not sanctioned by
GGtoor and is strictly forbidden. GGtoor reserves the right, in its sole
discretion, to terminate, suspend, or modify your User Account and your
GGC and VG and terminate these Terms if you engage in, assist in, or
request any Unauthorized Transactions. All users who participate in such
activities do so at their own risk and hereby agree to indemnify and
hold harmless GGtoor, its partners, licensors, affiliates, contractors,
officers, directors, employees, and agents from all damages, losses, and
expenses arising directly or indirectly from such actions. You
acknowledge that GGtoor may request that the applicable The Store stop,
suspend, terminate, discontinue, or reverse any Unauthorized
Transaction, regardless of when such Unauthorized Transaction occurred
(or has yet to occur) when it suspects or has evidence of fraud,
violations of these Terms, violations of any applicable law or
regulation, or any intentional act designed to interfere or that
otherwise has the effect of or may have the effect of intervening in any
way with the operation of the Services. If GGtoor believes or has any
reason to suspect that you have engaged in an Unauthorized Transaction,
you further agree that GGtoor may, in its sole discretion, restrict your
access to your available GGC and VG in your User Account or terminate
or suspend your User Account and your rights to any GGC, VG, and other
items associated with your User Account.
(H) GGC is only available to customers in certain locations. You may not
purchase or use GGC if you are not in an approved location.
Most unopened items sold by GGtoor in new condition and returned within 30 days will receive a refund or exchange, but items sold internationally, items that are opened or damaged, or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange
For now, all our products are shipped inside U.S territory only.
We use USPS express mail for the majority of our shipments, so this is guaranteed the fastest and secure way. For this reason, we do not offer delivery options.
Delivery is upon the order quantity and distance between our factory and delivery point. For regular orders of about 1 to 5 items, our delivery average time is 3 to 5 days. For large orders could take a week longer because of printing and production time.
You are always allowed to change or cancel your order before the shipment manifesto, after this information was emitted, there is no way to stop the order.
After the shipment, we will provide a tracking number from the carrier or company delivering your purchase. On their website, you need to follow the instruction and you will track your package with accuracy.
Payment is absolutely secure and is provided by a third-party company like Paypal, Square, Authorize.net, Stripe, 2checkout, wepay, bluesnap, etc. GGtoor does not keep or is required for any reason to handle information about your credit cards or bank accounts.
