Check-In and Tournament Start: Players are required to check in via Battlefy prior to the tournament start on 6/21/2020 at 11 AM PST.

Banned Cards: No wildcards. No cards that have been released within the last week. No Call to Arms

Match Procedure: The tournament will be a single-elimination; each match will be a best of 3 besides the finals, which will be a best of 5.

Non-Stream Match Setup: For non-streamed matches, players can exchange in game names and add each other as friends in Minion Masters via Battlefy chat for your match. The higher seeded player will invite the lower seeded player. Both players must be friends in Minion Masters.

Stream Match Setup: Players will be informed via Battlefy by admins if their match is selected to be streamed.

Please add the following 3 Shadow Gaming staff as friends on Discord: our spectator @Mindgaems#5305 and our two casters @xt#0549 and @superman#8187. This will allow them to spectate your matches through Discord.
Do not start your matches until you are given the go-ahead by tournament staff. We want to make sure to show every match on stream from the top 8 all the way to the finals.
In addition, once your Best of 3 match has started, make sure to wait for tournament staff to let you know you can start your game each time, just in case there are any technical difficulties or any of the spectators aren't ready.

Match Reporting: Players report their matches via Battlefy by clicking on the “Report Score” button on the match page. players are required to take screenshots of the results screen after each match in case a match is contested, which can also be submitted via Battlefy.

Match Disputes: If a match issue arises, please click on the Report Match issue button on the Match Page in Battlefy. This notifies an administrator who will gather information via Battlefy and, if needed, Discord, and then issue instructions as to how the match will proceed. If you believe someone you are playing with is cheating, document as much as possible including getting screenshots.
